Section 01 GDPR · CCPA

Privacy Policy

1.1 Controller & Contact

The data controller for this website is ContentBloomStudio, registered at Moskauer Straße 3, Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany. Privacy questions, data access requests, and complaints may be sent to [email protected]. We do not maintain a statutory Data Protection Officer; the controller answers all supervisory correspondence directly.

1.2 Categories of data we process

When you contact the studio or commission services, we process: identity and contact data (name, business email, phone number, company), project correspondence (briefs, files, feedback), contractual and billing data (invoices, payment status via our payment provider), and technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, pages requested) required to operate the site securely.

1.3 Purposes & legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

We process personal data for: (a) performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request — project delivery, quoting, invoicing; (b) legitimate interests — securing the website, preventing abuse, improving our service quality, and direct B2B communication about an existing inquiry; (c) consent — optional analytics cookies, which you may decline without losing site functionality; (d) legal obligations — bookkeeping and tax retention under German law.

1.4 Recipients & processors

Personal data is shared only with vetted processors acting on our instructions: our hosting and email providers, our payment provider for transaction processing, and professional advisors where legally required. Processors are bound by data processing agreements. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

1.5 International transfers

Primary storage is within the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA (for example, a cloud service in the United States), transfers rely on European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision, supplemented by technical and organisational safeguards.

1.6 Retention

Inquiry data that does not become a contract is deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. Contract, invoice, and accounting records are retained for the statutory periods (generally 6–10 years). Server logs are rotated within 30 days unless a security incident requires longer preservation.

1.7 Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawfulness. Under the CCPA, California residents may request to know, delete, and correct personal information, and may opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — we affirm that ContentBloomStudio does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We respond within one month and never discriminate against you for exercising a right. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; ours is the competent German authority for Rhineland-Palatinate.

1.8 Security

Communication with this site is encrypted via TLS. Access to project data is limited to the studio team on a need-to-know basis, protected by multi-factor authentication and device encryption. Suspected personal data breaches are assessed without undue delay and notified to authorities within 72 hours where the GDPR requires it.

Section 02 Engagement Rules

Terms of Service

2.1 Scope

These terms govern all copywriting, content strategy, and editorial services provided by ContentBloomStudio, Moskauer Straße 3, Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany. Individual engagements are confirmed in writing (email is sufficient) with a fixed price, deliverables list, and turnaround; the confirmed scope prevails over general marketing descriptions on this site.

2.2 Client cooperation

The client supplies accurate brand materials, product facts, source data, and timely feedback. Turnaround clocks start when the brief, deposit (if any), and required inputs are received. Delays in feedback extend delivery dates day for day; expedited recovery may carry an additional rush fee agreed in advance.

2.3 Revisions

Each service includes the revision rounds stated in its description (unless the confirmation says otherwise). Revisions realign delivered copy with the agreed brief; a change of direction, new audience, or additional pages is a scope change quoted separately before work continues.

2.4 Fees & payment

Prices are stated in USD unless otherwise agreed and exclude applicable taxes where VAT is due. Invoices are payable within 14 days via the payment link provided. Late payments may accrue statutory default interest and may pause active work after written notice. Deliverables are released after cleared payment unless a written milestone plan states otherwise.

2.5 Intellectual property

Upon full payment, exclusive worldwide usage rights (including, where applicable, copyright transfer) in the final approved deliverables pass to the client for the agreed fields of use. ContentBloomStudio retains rights in pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how, and may showcase non-confidential finished work in its portfolio unless a written NDA forbids it. The client guarantees that supplied materials (claims, data, images) are licensed and lawful.

2.6 Liability

We draft with professional care and factual sources provided by the client, but editorial services are not a guarantee of rankings, conversions, or revenue. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and — except where mandatory law provides otherwise — to the contract value of the affected engagement for typical foreseeable damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury.

2.7 Term, termination & governing law

Either party may end an engagement for material breach with a 10-day cure period. Completed work and proportional work-in-progress remain payable. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany; the place of jurisdiction, where a merchant party exists, is Ludwigshafen am Rhein. EU consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of residence.

Section 03 Storage & Consent

Cookie Policy

3.1 What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies are small text entries stored on your device when you visit a website. They keep the site functional, remember choices, and — only with consent — help us understand in aggregate how visitors navigate our pages.

3.2 Cookies we use

Strictly necessary: session integrity and security cookies required to deliver pages safely; these do not require consent. Preference: our cookie banner stores your dismissal choice under the key cookie_accepted in your browser’s local storage so the banner does not reappear. Analytics (optional): if enabled, first-party or privacy-oriented aggregate analytics measure page views and referrers with IP truncation; no advertising cookies, no cross-site profiling, and no sale of data occur on this site.

3.3 Durations

Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Preference entries in local storage persist until you clear site data. Any analytics identifiers, if active, are retained for a maximum of 13 months before automatic deletion or aggregation.

3.4 Managing your choices

You can accept or decline optional cookies in the floating consent toast at any time, revoke consent by clearing site storage in your browser settings, or browse with cookies blocked entirely — core pages and the contact form will still work. Most browsers also let you delete existing cookies and warn you before one is written.

3.5 Embedded content

The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame to show our Ludwigshafen address. Loading that frame may allow Google to receive technical data (IP address, user agent) under Google’s own privacy terms. You can avoid the request by using the written address and directions link instead of loading the map.

3.6 Updates & contact

We revise this Cookie Policy when our tooling changes; the revision date at the top of this document always reflects the current version. Questions: [email protected].

Section 04 Billing & Redress

Refund Policy

4.1 Fixed-scope engagements

If you cancel before work begins, any deposit or prepayment is refunded in full minus non-refundable third-party costs (for example, paid research tools or stock licences) within 14 days of the cancellation notice. After work has started, we invoice the proportional work completed up to the cancellation date; the balance of any prepayment is returned on the same 14-day cycle.

4.2 Revision & rework

If a first delivery materially misses the confirmed brief, we correct it at no charge within the included revision rounds. If we cannot align the work with the agreed brief after a reasonable cure attempt, you may terminate and receive a refund of 100% of fees paid for the affected deliverable — this is your exclusive remedy for non-conformity of that deliverable.

4.3 Subscriptions & retainers

Monthly content retainers may be cancelled before the next billing cycle; the current cycle remains payable and is not pro-rated once drafting has begun. Unused article credits in a prepaid bundle remain valid for 6 months from purchase and are refunded pro-rata only if the bundle is cancelled before the first credit is redeemed.

4.4 Digital goods & statutory rights

For EU consumers, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts may apply to pre-contractual orders; it lapses early if you expressly ask us to begin the service within the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right once the service is fully performed. Statutory warranty rights are unaffected by this policy.

4.5 How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address used on the order with the project name and invoice number. We acknowledge requests within 1 business day and decide within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment provider. Prefer to settle a balance instead? Use our secure checkout: Pay Online.

4.6 Abuse & chargebacks

Refund requests that contradict the confirmed scope, completed deliveries, or these terms may be refused with a written explanation. Friendly-fraud chargebacks filed while a good-faith resolution is open may pause further service until the dispute is resolved with the payment provider.
